WHO WE ARE
- Awaking-Dreams Pty Ltd is a registered business and trades as Colours of White Collection. Throughout Colours of White Collection will be referred to as Colours of White.
- Colours of White focuses mainly on its domestic market, however does not limit to the domestic market. International enquiries are welcome. Please email coloursofwhitecollection@gmail.com
PRICING
- Prices are subject to change, however at the time and placement of order prices are deemed correct.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
RETURNS
- Please notify Colours of White within 7 days of receiving your goods of any faults. After this, we’re unable to replace the item.
- An item cannot simply be refunded if for reason of changing your mind.
- For non-printed artworks Colours of White may be willing to exchange the item for something else, with both any extra prices and shipping fees charged to the customer. The exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase. Colours of White is happy for you to come into its store to make these exchange. Returned items must be in a resalable condition – unopened and unused.
- For printed artworks Colours of White may be willing to provide a replacement or more suitable image. This will be at the discretion of Colours of White.
- We do not accept returns on any commissioned artwork or bespoke orders. We also do not accept returns on earrings due to Health & Safety concerns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
SHIPPING
- All orders where stock is on hand will be fulfilled within 2-5 days of placement. All items will be sent via Regular Post which takes 2-8 business days to arrive depending on destination.
- To avoid handling and holding challenges, prints are made to order. Colours of White Collection will keep you informed on the details, with a follow through to say the print is finished. Lead-time for these is estimated at 3-4 weeks.
- Free shipping within Australia is available on purchases of $300 or more.
- If you require items to be sent via Courier (same business day), Express Post (next business day) or Parcel Post (2+ business days), and whether you would like Extra Cover (insurance) or Signature on Delivery please let us know and we will provide a quote.
- Colours of White Collection does not limit its sales to Australia. This does have considerations, particularly freight of larger items. In the situation, Colours of White Collection is able to find a trusted printer abroad, who does not jeopardise the quality of the art, and then steps may be taken towards working with a printer, to assist with reducing the shipping costs to the intended buyer.
- Prints are subject to appear slightly different on your device, with small colour differentiations. These will be minor in all cases.
PRIVACY
- Colours of White respects your privacy. Any personal information collected is only used toward providing a better service to you. This personal information shall never be on-sold to third party users for the purposes of advertising or endorsement.
- Where there is room for comments on a particular topic or product in the www.coloursofwhite.com.au website, comments will be monitored to ensure that the comments are not considered harmful, abusive, contain either a sexual or racial connotation, or completely irrelevant. Colours of White Collection reserves the right to remove these at all times.
- From time to time, if the customer consents we would love to add their comments/feedback alongside a product or image. Colours of White Collection, will reserve the right to keep the customers identity private.
