“Everlasting Sunset” brings together various Japanese blossoms in a composition that captures the warmth and stillness of a golden hour that never quite fades. Blossom branches — silhouetted in deep brown and black — reach across a palette of warm golden yellow, soft orange, cream, hints of lemon and touches of magenta. A very happy piece.
