There's a quiet warmth to this set — one that comes from two worlds meeting at the table. Durham's father breeds ornamental sunflowers in country Victoria; Durham spent years living and working in Japan. The Kyoto Eki series brings those two threads together in a design that feels both grounded and considered.
Each set pairs a placemat with a matching coaster, finished in earthy sunflower tones that sit comfortably across a wide range of dining aesthetics — from natural timber to contemporary white.
Each set is crafted on a cork-backed MDF base — the artwork printed on paper and finished with a light matt laminate that keeps the colours rich without any glare. Heat resistant, stain and waterproof. Placemats 29 × 21.5 cm | Coasters 10.5 × 10.5 cm.
Available in 4-person and 8-person settings.
